Designed by architects, Cox Howlett + Bailey Woodland, the building includes climate-sensitive design; energy and water-efficient fixtures and fittings; rainwater harvesting; onsite treatment and reuse of wastewater; renewable energy (solar panels and wind turbine), and storm water treatment.
